“The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.”
I am still trying to figure out why I am important to this world. Everyone is. Our purpose in life can be as small as guiding someone else and as large as changing the way the world functions.
Why am I here? I mean, we all have to be here for a reason right?
We were created for a reason, but each one of us finds out at different points in their lives. Some don’t even find out; they live their lives either trying to find out why or distracted by the materialistic diversions created by man.
I feel so confused.
I find it awe-inspiring that we all have a purpose in life, a reason to be alive. But what confuses me is the fact that people think that on their quest to finding their value they have to destroy everything and everyone around them.
I may be exaggerating, but seriously.
I believe that we were put on earth to make it a better place, a peaceful place.
Sounds like utopia.
Realizing this puts me under a cloud of melancholy.
People have become so narcissistic. What they live for is “me” and not “us.”
Realizing that we have power to dictate our fate blinds us from finding out why we truly are important in this world.
We become too caught up in “me” that “we” is lost. So our value and importance is lost.
